Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence 5th annual FlavorFest on March 11, 2020. Now calling for sponsors and participating restaurants to help make the event a huge success!
FLAVORFEST HAS BEEN POSTPONED
Due to the recommendations of state and local officials to take careful precaution regarding the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) at public events, our FlavorFest event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 11th, has been postponed.
This annual fundraising event is important for our communities, donors, board members, and staff, but our priority is the health and safety of all who attend and work the event. Our event and venue partners have assured us that they will provide an alternative future date and we will communicate it to you as soon as it is confirmed. All tickets and sponsorships for FlavorFest will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding ticketing or sponsorship, please contact John Whitehead at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We continue to monitor the current situation in the communities we serve in Southeastern PA and Southern NJ. We are tracking the latest information from local and national authorities and are following CDC recommendations on disease prevention in our workplaces and with our external event partners. Thank you for your continued support.
